Ivey B. Franklin is a South Carolina licensed attorney. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. Ivey graduated from Charleston School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Young Harris College in Georgia. During law school, Ivey was a member of Resolved Law Review and the Trial Advocacy Board where she was awarded Best Overall Advocate at the Palmetto State Classic. Ivey’s commitment and interests in legal research and writing and trial advocacy empower her to zealously pursue justice for deserving individuals. Ivey is a Georgia native who has a passion for bringing justice to victims who have suffered harm as a result of the carelessness of others. Her practice in personal injury is focused primarily on premises liability and motor vehicle collisions.
